This image by the Lebanese photo journalist Ali Hashicho was taken in 1999. The composition shows everyone in this Bedouin family gathering, including the lamb are watching the Arab League Summit through the television and inside the tent. In this photo the photographer, Ali Hachisho is conveying a strong message to the viewer with his opinion, which is based on his perception of the Arab League. Since the time of its establishment as a leading power in the Middle East for the Arabs, the Arab League has failed to resolve any problem which the Arab World has faced. He sees the Arab leaders as butchers who are leading their people as sheep to the Slater house. In his mind, this image speaks accurately of the role which the Arab League plays and how it functions as an entity dealing with the issues facing the Arab World.
